RETURNS POLICY
Defective Merchandise: If you receive an item(s) that are defective they may be returned within 10 days of your initial receipt of the item(s). You are encouraged to review your item(s) at the time they are received so we can replace the product for you as quickly as possible. You will be entitled to replacement products only. Should the replacement product be discontinued and out of stock we will issue a refund to your credit card.
Incorrect Items:
Should you receive an item(s) that were shipped in error, Resource Center will correct the problem. You must report the error within 48 hours of receipt of the order and you must ensure that none of the products are used. Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive a damaged shipment you must report it within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Only unused items will be replaced. You will be entitled to replacement products only. Should the replacement product be discontinued and out of stock we will issue a refund to your credit card.
Exchanges:
Sizing charts are available for all sized garments, you are encouraged to review the sizing charts online prior to placing your order to ensure the best fit. Resource Center will exchange your garment for a different size so long as the garment has never been worn and is in good condition upon receipt at our facility. There is a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges. All Returns:
Resource Center will not refund or replace any items that have been used. If you need to return a product for any of the reasons noted above be sure that the merchandise is returned in the same condition which it was received. Shipping:
If you are returning defective or damaged products Resource Center will coordinate and pay for all product return shipping and we will ship the replacement products via Ground service. Should you require your replacements sooner than ground shipping allows, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. If you are exchanging a product you will be responsible for shipping the product back to Resource Center and you will be charged for the outbound shipping of the replacement product along with any applicable restock fees.
If you receive incorrect items Resource Center will coordinate all pickups and replacement shipping at no cost to you.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Call Resource Center at 1-800-718-7225 within the timeframe specified above depending on your return reason. Ask for Caldwell High School returns. We will be happy to help you through this process and answer any questions you may have. You will need to be able to provide the Order ID from the order or shipping confirmation you received from the website when you placed your order.
You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number which will be required to be on your returned packages.
PREPARING AND SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
Once you have read our returns policy and have obtained your Return Authorization Number, package the item(s) along with the packing slip that came with your order. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. If you do not have the packing slip, login to your account online and print a copy of your order, or print a copy of your order confirmation from your email. Using a dark pen or Marker write "ROA:" and the Return Authorization Number on each package you are returning. Please send all returns along with your Return Authorization Number and packing slip to:

Miscellaneous:
You will be notified via e-mail of your replacement status once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened, that have been used, or are being returned more than 10 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. In most cases we can not process any return or exchange until we receive and inspect the merchandise being returned. As a result it may take up to 10 to 14 business days to complete a return process.
